Alhamdu lillah.
1. Azumin Assabar ita kadai in babu dalili haram ne saboda wancan hadisin da aka kawo a sama wanda Imam Ahmad (6/368) da Abu Dawud (2421) da Tirmidhi (1/143) suka ruwaito daga Abdullah bn Busr daga Samma’u _radhiyallahu anha_ daga Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_ kuma Sheikh Albani ya inganta shi a cikin Silsila Sahiha (960).
2. Dalilin haramta azumin ranar Assabar shi ne ba a son mu girmama ranar kamar yadda Yahudawa suke girmama ta. Imam Tirmidhi (1/143).
3. Idan ba a kebe assabar ba yin azuminta ya halalta. Kamar ayi azumin Jum’ah da Assabar, ko Assabar da lahadi. Saboda hadisin Abu Huraira _radhiyallahu anhu_ daga Annabi _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_ cewa: “Kada dayanku ya yi azumi ranar Jum’ah sai in ya yi azumi kafin ta ko bayan ta”. Sahihul Bukhari (1985) da Sahihu Muslim (1144).
Bayan jum’ah kuwa Assabar ce.
b). Akwai kuma hadisin Nana Juwairiyyah _radhiyallahu anha_ wadda Annabi ya shigo wajenta tana azumi ranar Jum’ah ya tambaye ta: “Kin yi azumi jiya”? Ta ce: A’a. Ya ce: “Kina da niyyar yi gobe”? Ta ce: A’a. Sai ya ce: “To, ki sha ruwa”. Sahihul Bukhari 1986
c. Wannan ya nuna ita ma Jum’ah ba a azumtar ta ita kadai sai an hada ta da alhamis ko assabar.
4. Idan aka jera azumin nafila assabar ta shigo ciki babu laifi. Kamar wanda zai yi azumin watan Sha’aban ko na Muharram ko kuma fararen ranaku. Sayyidina Jarir _radhiyallahu anhu_ ya ruwaito daga Annabi _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_ cewa: “Yin azumin kwanaki uku a kowane wata yana daidai da azumin shekara; (a yi su a) fararen ranaku; wayuwar garin sha uku da sha hudu da sha biyar ga wata”. Sunan An-Nasa’i: 2419.
Fararen ranaku kuwa lalle ne a wasu watannin Assabar ta fado a cikin su.
5. Wanda ya saba da yin wani azumi da Shari’a ta yarda da shi babu laifi idan azuminsa ya kama Assabar. Kamar azumin Annabi Dawud (ya yi azumi yau, ya sha ruwa gobe). A duk sati biyu sai ya azumci assabar daya. Haka ma wanda yake azumin fararen ranaku.
6. Babu laifi ayi azumin ranar Assabar idan ya yi daidai da wata rana mai falala kamar Arafa ko Tasu’a ko Ashura. Saboda a wannan yanayin Arafar ake nufi ko Ashura ba Assabar din ba.
7. Bayanin da ya gabata yana nuna cewa, ba a daukar hadisi shi kadai ayi hukunci da shi har sai an duba sauran hadisai. Idan aka duba hadisai a kowane babi akan iya fitar da wata ka’ida wadda zata kayyade wancan hadisin guda da ake magana akan sa. Kamar yadda Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_ ya hana yin sallar nafila bayan la’asar da bayan asuba amma duba da sauran hadisai malamai suka kayyade shi da sallar da ba ta da dalili. Ar-Risala, na Imam As-Shafi’i. Don haka, ko a wadannan lokuta na hani ana iya yin sallar dawafi, da ta istikhara, da tahiyyatul masjid, da sauran su.
