Pharma Incubation Hub has announced the launch of its Cohort 7 Fellowship for 2025, a five-month virtual accelerator designed to build the capacity of pharmacy students across Africa. The fellowship focuses on mentorship, leadership development, research training, and professional growth, helping participants develop the skills needed to excel in the global pharmaceutical field.

The programme connects students with experienced professionals and peers in a collaborative environment, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Key Highlights of the Fellowship

Program Type: Virtual mentorship, leadership development, and research training programme.
Duration: 5 months.
Eligibility: Pharmacy students (2nd year to final year) in accredited African pharmacy schools. Final-year students must have at least five months left in their academic session.

Why This Matters for Aspiring Pharmacists in Africa

Access to structured mentorship and professional development remains limited for many pharmacy students on the continent. Pharma Incubation Hub aims to bridge that gap by providing a supportive learning space that goes beyond classroom theory. Previous cohorts have seen participants grow into impactful healthcare professionals, lead research projects, and gain access to global opportunities.

By focusing on leadership, collaboration, and accountability, the fellowship prepares future pharmacists to contribute meaningfully to healthcare innovation and public health initiatives.

What Past Participants Say

Alumni from earlier cohorts have shared how the programme shaped their professional growth and opened doors to research and leadership opportunities. One participant described the experience as “transformational, building both technical knowledge and the confidence to lead.” Such feedback highlights the fellowship’s impact on participants’ careers and capacity to contribute to Africa’s healthcare sector.
