Available Academic Staff Positions
1. Graduate Assistant
- Minimum of a First-Class or Second-Class Upper Division Bachelor’s degree.
2. Assistant Lecturer
- Requires an Academic Master’s degree in a relevant field.
3. Lecturer II
- Requires a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree with relevant experience and professional certification.
4. Lecturer I
- Requires a Ph.D. with at least 5 publications and 3 years of post-qualification experience,
or a Master’s degree with 7 publications and 5 years of cognate experience.
5. Senior Lecturer
- Requires a Ph.D. with at least 10 publications and 6 years of relevant experience.
6. Associate Professor
- Requires a Ph.D. with at least 15 publications, 9 years of cognate experience, and evidence of lead authorship in at least 5 publications.
7. Professor
- Requires a Ph.D. with at least 20 publications, 12 years of cognate experience, and evidence of lead authorship in at least 10 publications.
Note: For all academic positions except Graduate Assistant, candidates must possess a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division at the undergraduate level, in addition to a postgraduate qualification.
