You’ll be at the forefront of building our brand, telling our story, and connecting with key stakeholders — from smallholder farmers to commercial poultry producers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic communication and marketing plans.
  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s public image and brand visibility.
  • Craft compelling content across multiple platforms – press releases, newsletters, speeches, social media, and the company website.
  • Manage and update digital content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Monitor audience and industry feedback to fine-tune messaging and strategy.
  • Handle media inquiries and coordinate press interviews and events.
  • Lead internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging within the organization.
  • Act as spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.
  • Coordinate communications for events and company initiatives.
  • Oversee the company’s social media accounts and create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other internal teams on communication initiatives.
  • Track and report performance of all communication campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to communication activities.
  • Conduct surveys and engage target audiences for insight-driven messaging.
  • Maintain digital media archives (photos, videos, etc.).
  • Support customer service and carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (agriculture/agri-tech experience is a strong advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CMS platforms.
  • Graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the poultry or agricultural industry is desirable.
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage.
