Are you passionate about leadership, personal growth, and making a positive impact? We’re excited to invite you to volunteer for the National Leadership Conference 2025, happening on the 5th & 6th of September at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.

As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of this transformative event, working alongside our team. You’ll have the opportunity to serve in various capacities, including event coordination, attendee support, logistics, and more. This is an opportunity to develop new skills, expand your network, and contribute to an unforgettable experience.

Volunteer Teams & Responsibilities

Registration & Check-In Team
– Greet and assist conference attendees during the registration process. – Provide information, answer questions, and distribute conference materials.
– Manage on-site registration and check-in procedures.

Logistics and Operations Team
– Handles venue setup, transportation, accommodation, and all logistical needs. – Ensures that all necessary equipment and materials are in place.

Speaker and Program Management Team
– Greet and assist conference attendees during the registration process. – Provide information, answer questions, and distribute conference materials.
– Manage on-site registration and check-in procedures.

Technical Support and AV Team
– Provides technical support for audio-visual equipment, presentations, and live streaming.
– Ensures that all technical aspects of the conference, such as microphones, projectors, and Wi-Fi, are functioning properly.

Marketing and Communications Team
– Promotes the conference through social media, email marketing, and other channels. – Manages press relations, conference branding, and communication with attendees before and after the event.

Hospitality and Guest Services Team
– Manages the experience of VIPs, speakers, and attendees, including catering, hospitality, and special requests.
– Coordinates accommodation, transportation, and special events for VIPs.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Relations Team
– Manages relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.
– Ensures that sponsor and exhibitor benefits are delivered as agreed.

Content and Documentation Team
– Manages the creation and distribution of conference content, such as session recordings (videos), photographs, and post-conference materials.
– Documents the event for future use and feedback.

Security and Safety Team
– Ensures the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and volunteers.
– Manages crowd control, emergency response, and adherence to safety protocols.
