As the Data/M&E Lead, you will oversee real-time data systems, coordinate field teams, and provide insights that shape decision-making and program success across drug distribution and service delivery.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee accurate and timely data collection, validation, and reporting.
✔️ Supervise real-time data entry and digital monitoring using tools like CommCare.
✔️ Analyze and visualize data through dashboards to guide campaign progress.
✔️ Support advocacy efforts with data-driven insights and performance tracking.
✔️ Conduct regular quality assurance checks and coordinate field reporting teams.
✔️ Ensure ethical data handling and safety protocol compliance.
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in data management or health program implementation.
✔️ Proficiency in tools like CommCare, DHIS2, or similar platforms.
✔️ Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
✔️ Experience working with government and donor organizations.
✔️ Ability to manage large-scale, data-driven health programs.
