Are you an established female digital expert, systems consultant, or technology strategist operating in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Rivers, or Abia?

Edfrica Solutions Limited, under the Digital Transformation Centre Nigeria (DTC Nigeria), funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Nigeria @GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS announces the Call for Applications for the Digitalisation Consultants Capacity Building Programme.

As Nigerian MSMEs navigate an evolving digital economy, standard business advice is no longer enough. MSMEs need certified advisors to steer structured digital adoption, strengthen cybersecurity, and navigate the emerging twin green transition.

This fully funded, hybrid intervention selects and certifies an elite, gender-intentional cohort of female professionals to lead structured enterprise transformation across Nigeria.

Core Areas

1. Enterprise Digital Maturity Assessments (DMA):

Diagnosing technology bottlenecks across operations, finance, and customer channels.

2. Green Digital Transition:

Energy-efficient cloud migration, paperless operational transitions, sustainable data architecture, and MSME carbon baselining aligned with GHG Protocol principles.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Governance:

Structuring NDPA (Nigeria Data Protection Act) compliance and robust digital hygiene protocols for small enterprises.

4. Advisory Commercialization:

Structuring fee-for-service consulting engagements, developing enterprise roadmaps, and measuring downstream return on investment

Eligibility checklist

• Female professionals based in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Rivers, or
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on advisory, technical consulting, or enterprise digital deployment experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Readiness to join a formally chartered, self-sustaining national professional body.
