About Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee program is a gateway to an exciting career at ITH Holdings. It is a unique opportunity for talents who are ready to live out their passion and demonstrate leadership potential. We strategically plan to identify and develop top talent with the goal of turning them into world-class, high-performing professionals across various functions.
The GT program will have two career pathways – technical and non-technical. The technical pathway will focus on Implementations, Presales, Product Management, Project management, and software development functions while the non-technical pathway will focus on finance, Sales, business strategy, and supply chain.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree (Technical pathway Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Non-Technical pathway – All fields)
- Fresh Graduates
- Minimum of second-class upper division
- Age limit of 24 years
