About the Programme
The Avetium Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is a comprehensive, immersive learning experience designed to prepare young professionals for successful careers in technology and business operations.

Eligibility & Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be 26 years old or younger as of the application date.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines).
- Have 0–2 years of professional experience in IT-related roles.
- Graduate with at least a Second-Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
- Have completed the NYSC programme.
Desirable Skills
Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Zendesk, Manage Engine).
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and technical sales concepts.
- Attention to detail and a strong drive for continuous learning.
