Daukar Doka A Hannu Ba Karantarwa Musulunci Ba Ce:
1. Wasu mutane suna zaton daukar doka a hannu wata hanya ce da za su nuna kaunarsu da kishinsu ga addininsu, don haka ake ta samun labarai nan da can, na cewa, an samu wani ya za gi manzon Allah (S.A.W) ko ya wulakanta alkur’ani, kuma matasa sun fusata har sun halaka shi.
2. Wajibi ne mu sani cewa, irin wannan aika-aika keta hurumin dokokin musulunci ne, ba zai taba zama hukuncin Allah ba, kuma ba zai taba zama hanyar nuna kauna ga Manzon Allah (S.A.W) ba, ko girmama Alkur’ani. Domin ya sabawa koyarwa musuluci gaba daya.
3. Sau tari mutane sukan amsa kururwan wasu masu cewa, ‘wane ya yi laifi kaza’, ba tare da sun tabbatar da hakan ba. Daga nan kuma sai su dauki doka a hannusu, ba tare da sun tabbatar da hakikanin abin da ya faru ba.
4. Kuma ko da wani abu na laifu ya faru, babu wani wanda yake da hakkin zartar wa wani haddi ko hukunci akan tuhumar da ake masa, har sai an gabatar da shi gaban alkali, shi ne wanda zai iya tabbatar masa da wannan laifin ko ya wanke shi.
5. Malami na musulunci sun tsawatar akan daukar doka a hannu, kuma sun yi ittafaki akan rashin halarcin yin hakan a addinin musulunci. Ga kadan daga maganganunusu:

Al-Imam An-Nawawi: “Babu wanda yake da hurumin tsayarwa da mutane masu ‘yanci haddi sai shugaba, ko wanda shugaba ya nada, domin babu wanda ya taba zartar da hukuncin haddi akan wani a zamanin manzon Allah (S.A.W) sai da izininsa. Haka abin yake a zamanin halifofinsa duka. Saboda tsayar da haddi wani abu ne da yake bukatar zuzzurfan ilimi, kuma za a iya yin zalunci a cikinsa, don haka bai halatta ba sai da izinin shugaba”. [Al-Maj’mu’, juz’i na 20, shafi na 34].
7. Al-Imam Al-Kurtubi: “Babu sabani tsakanin malamai cewa, haddin kisa, babu wanda yake da hurumin tsayar da shi sai shugabanni. Su ne aka dora musu wannan alhaki a wuyansu”. [Tafsirinsa, Bakara, aya ta 187].
A wani gurin yana cewa, “Malaman fatwa sun yi ittifaki kan cewa, ba ya halatta ga wani ya yi wa wani haddin kisa, in banda shugaba. Mutane a junansu ba su da wannan hakkin. Wannan hakkin shugaba ne ko wanda shugaba ya nada”. Tafsirinsa, Bakara, aya ta 179.
8. Malam Ibn Rushd: “Malamai sun yi ittafiki cewa, shugaba ne kadai yake da hakkin tsayar da haddi” Bidayatul Mujtahid, juz’i na 4, shafi na228.
9. Yau da a ce, kowa yana da damar daukar doka a hannunsa ya yi hukunci da kansa, to da rayuwarmu ta dagule gaba daya, da mun koma kamar dabbobi da kowane yake kwatar hakkinsa da kansa ba tare da bin wani tsari ba. Duk sa’adda wani ya so ta’addanci akan wani sai ya yi kuruwar cewa, ya yi laifi iri kaza, su kuma jama’a sai su far masa har ma ya kai ga kisa.
10. Don haka dole ne jama’a su fahimci, kuma su fahimtar da cewa, wannan aiki da wasu suka dauka ba koyarwar musulunci ba ne, kuma ba wani malami na musulunci da ya taba fatawar aikata irin wannan aika-aika da sunana son Annabi (S.A.W), ko kishin musulucni, kuma musulunci yana tir da irin wannan ta’asa a duk inda aka yi ta. Allah ya ganar da mu. Amin.
