CALL FOR INNOVATORS – NORTH-WEST ZONE (ECoN Initiative 2026)
The Young Innovators of Nigeria (YIN) is calling on innovators across the North-West region to participate in the Energise Commercialisation Now (ECoN) Initiative, a national programme led by the Federal Ministry of Science Innovation and Technology Nigeria in collaboration with Oluremi Tinubu.
This initiative is designed to identify, showcase, and support innovative ideas with strong commercial potential. It aims to bridge the gap between innovation and market opportunities by providing a platform for innovators to gain visibility, funding, and strategic partnerships.
Programme Coverage
The ECoN Initiative targets participants from across the North-West states, including:
Kano State
Kaduna State
Katsina State
Kebbi State
Jigawa State
Sokoto State
Zamfara State
The event will be hosted in Kano, providing a central hub for innovators in the region to converge and present their ideas.
