Oando Foundation is seeking young changemakers who demonstrate potential and interest in building careers within the green economy.
The Green Youth Upskilling Program is designed to support Nigeria’s transition to a sustainable economy by investing in youth capacity building, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The Oando GYUP equips youth with practical, future-focused skills that promote sustainability, innovation, and economic inclusion.
Requirements
To be considered for the Oando Foundation Green Youth Upskilling Program, you must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen within the specified age bracket.
- Have completed at least secondary education (SSCE).
- Demonstrate a strong interest in green and technical fields.
- Be fully available to participate in the program, including all virtual or physical sessions.
- Submit a complete application with all required documents before the deadline.
- (Optional but advantageous): Have exposure to green or technical work through volunteering, self-learning, internships, or informal jobs.
- Age Range: 20–35 years old
