Job Title: Sustainability Advisor
Location: Abuja with regular travel to implementing states (Niger, Jigawa, Kano, Kebbi & Sokoto)

Our client seeks to engage a suitably qualified Sustainability Advisor to lead the malaria transition and sustainability agenda, strengthening government ownership, domestic financing, institutional capacity, and continuity of priority programme functions across the five implementing states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the malaria transition and sustainability roadmap.
- Assess institutional capacity and strengthen government readiness for programme ownership.
- Advance domestic financing and sustainable integration of key malaria interventions.
- Track transition progress, manage risks, and document lessons for long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Health Policy, Health Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in health systems, sustainability, transition, governance, or domestic resource mobilisation.
- Experience working with government planning, budgeting, and institutional-strengthening processes.
- Strong facilitation, costing, political-economy awareness, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with malaria programming and donor transition is highly desirable.
