Job Title: ICT Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

About the role
- To provide ICT support to users and systems, resolving incidents and supporting the reliable operation of hospital technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line ICT support and resolve user incidents.
- Support hardware, software, network and device operations.
- Support hospital information systems and user access.
- Apply ICT security and data-protection practices.
- Maintain ICT asset and support records.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline; completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.
Experience:
- Experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of ICT support, hardware, software and networks
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of ICT security basics
- Effective communication and user support
- Reliability and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting health/hospital information systems
- Experience with ICT support tools and ticketing systems.
