The Kaduna State Government has commenced a new recruitment exercise through the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board (KSPHCB), with opportunities for qualified candidates to join the state’s primary healthcare workforce.
The Kaduna State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani, remains committed to transforming the state’s healthcare system through sustained direct investment in human capital.
Following the successful recruitment of 1,800 healthcare workers last year, the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board hereby announces the opening of its recruitment portal to engage an additional 1,800 primary healthcare workers.
The following vacancies below:
1. Nursing Officer Grade III
Placement: CONHESS 6.
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife qualification from a recognized Nursing or Midwifery Institution and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
2.Community Health Technician
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess Professional Diploma or National Diploma in Community Health Technician (CHEW) from a recognized College/School of Health Science/Technology and be registered with the National Council for Community Health Practice Board of Nigeria.
3.Environmental Health Officer Grade II
Placement: CONHESS 7
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Health Science from a recognized University and be registered with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (EHORBON).
4. Environmental Health Technician
Placement: CONHESS 6/7
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess National Diploma/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Environmental Health from an approved Health Institution and be registered with the National Environmental Health Practice Board in Nigeria for Technician Cadre.
5.Medical Laboratory Technician
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized Health Science Institution and have obtained registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician Cadre.
6.Pharmacy Technician
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate who has completed the prescribed three years’ training programme at the School of Health Technology and obtained the registration of the Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria (PRBN).
7.Health Educator
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate who has completed the prescribed three years’ training programme in Health Education at a recognized College/School of Health Science/Technology and obtained registration with the Health Educators Registration Board of Nigeria.
8.Nutrition Officer
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess Ordinary National Diploma or National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, Applied Nutrition or equivalent from a recognized Institution and be registered with the Nutrition Society of Nigeria/Institute of Dietetics of Nigeria.
9.Health Information Management Technician
Placement: CONHESS 6
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess Ordinary National Diploma or National Diploma in Health Information Management Technician from a recognized College/School of Health Science/Technology and be registered with the Health Information Management Registration Board of Nigeria (HMRBN).
10.Community Health Assistant
Educational Qualification / Requirements
Candidate must possess Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW) from a recognized College/School of Health Science/Technology and be registered with the National Council for Community Health Practice Board of Nigeria.
