We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.

Location: Ikeja, Ota, Aba, Enugu

Responsibilities

  • Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
  • Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
  • Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
  • Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
  • Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND with at least a minimum qualification in: Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management and Business Administration.
  • 0–2 years of post-graduation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work in any of the following locations: Ikeja, Ota, Aba, or Enugu.
  • NYSC completion certificate (or exemption certificate).
