We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title:Business Development Executive
Location:Surulere & Ikeja, Lagos
Work Mode : Onsite | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities into active customers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Market Research: Identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Proposals: Prepare and deliver quotations and presentations to prospective clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipelines, customer records, and sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance for seamless delivery,
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development or Sales, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Track Record: Proven success achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Location: Proximity to Surulere/Ikeja is an advantage.
