Job Description

Resilience Technologies is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for our esteemed Graduate Trainee Program. This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious Nigerian graduates to launch their careers in a dynamic and impactful cybersecurity environment.

Over three months, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive learning and development journey, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. The program focuses on nurturing young talent into future leaders who will drive our mission forward.

We are seeking individuals who are not only technically adept but also possess the drive, creativity, and diligence to contribute meaningfully to protecting vulnerable communities across Africa and beyond. This program offers a pathway to a full-time Junior Associate position for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a three-month intensive learning and development program.
  • Gain practical experience in one of three tracks: Tech & Security, Programs & Operations, or Communications & Marketing.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at protecting at-risk communities.
  • Develop skills in cybersecurity, project coordination, operations support, or communications and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Produce written and visual communications aligned with brand standards.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence throughout the program.

Qualifications

  • Graduates of recognized institutions with a minimum of a 2:2 qualification.
  • Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • Not older than 27 years.
  • A functional laptop.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Basic digital skills.
  • Proactivity and a strong willingness to learn.
