This initiative is designed to empower businesses in Yola (Adamawa State), Maiduguri (Borno State), and Damaturu (Yobe State) with practical tools to enhance productivity, improve quality, and increase profitability through structured and sustainable business improvement methods.

ABOUT THE KAIZEN APPROACH

Rather than requiring heavy investments, Kaizen emphasizes optimizing existing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and building a culture of gradual but impactful progress within organizations.

Through this programme, selected businesses will receive hands-on support from certified Kaizen consultants, who will work directly with them to identify operational gaps and co-create actionable solutions tailored to their business needs.
