The Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative (AREAi) is seeking qualified and passionate candidates for the role of Experienced Facilitator to support our community-based learning programs in Sabon Gari and Zaria Local Government Areas, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

Location: Sabon Gari & Zaria LGAs, Kaduna State

This program is designed to strengthen inclusive, high-quality education by equipping learners with critical knowledge and skills, while empowering facilitators to drive sustainable impact within their communities.

This is a contractual role requiring commitment, creativity, and dedication to improving access to learning opportunities.

Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative – AREAi is a non-profit, for-purpose impact grassroots organization that works with and in under-resourced schools and marginalized communities to improve learning outcomes and promote tangible academic achievement by providing technical and infrastructural support. Leveraging innovation, collaboration and technology. Over the last 4 years, we have deployed our Digital Skills Accelerator programs across 20 public secondary schools reaching over 1500 girls in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.
In furtherance of our mandate to promote equitable access to quality education and functional digital skills development with firm focus on girls’ education, we are seeking for Facilitators with contextually relevant, advance Hausa proficiency and basic Mobile Technical skills to deliver a Mobile Technical Literacy Program reaching 300 Adolescent girls in 21 Primary Health Centre’s across 2 Local Government Area in Kaduna State, Nigeria to improve the health outcomes and future work readiness, addressing the gender digital divide.
