Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation (ZSF) welcomes you to the tenth year edition of the competition. The journey of our annual Entrepreneurship Development Project (A.K.A. Business Plan Competition) so far is quite eventful and full of gratitude. It all started 10 years back with the unwavering commitment to promote entrepreneurial skills, ingenuity, creativity, and innovation among Nigerian youths and owners of MSMEs.
The Competition is categorized into two groups, namely:
1. Idea Track (Business from 0 to 2 years)
2. Growth Track (Business from 3 years and above)
This year’s edition will follow the procedures below:
i. All applications must be submitted online. Application opens: 28th May, 2025.
ii. The selection of successful applicants will take place after the closing of applications on 27th June, 2025.
iii. All the applicants will be judged by their business idea feasibility, marketability, profitability, managerial acumen, and sustainability plan.
iv. All applicants shall be trained free of charge.
v. The best 20 among those who successfully submitted their business plans will be funded.
vi. The best 20 winners shall be mentored throughout their project implementation.

All applications will be reviewed by our panel of experts, and only the successful candidates will be shortlisted and notified accordingly.
