CHIEF STRATEGIST (CS) 005
The CS will develop, implement and oversee the Company’s overall strategy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Conducts market resear opportunities and threats:research and analysis to identify trends,
- Analyses competitors.
- Innovation and growth;
- Performance Monitoring:
- Strategic planning:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field; A Master’s degree in Business Administration, strategy or a related field;
- Professional certification
- minimum of 10 year’s working experience in strategy development;
- management consulting;
- Industry experience;
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive strategic plans;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, customers,
- partners and investors and
- Ability to coach and develop employees to build strategic thinking and
- planning capabilities.
