Overview

Join the Smiles for Mothers program, dedicated to enhancing maternal health outcomes through the implementation of a comprehensive Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) bundle and other maternal health innovations. As a Field Implementation Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in program monitoring, evaluation, capacity building, and service delivery at health facilities.

📍 Niger
📍 Ebonyi
📍 Plateau
📍 Delta

Key Responsibilities

■Monitor and report service delivery data and maternal health commodity availability

Support ANC and delivery services, mentoring facility staff to improve care

■Conduct supportive supervision and ensure accurate data reporting

■Engage with stakeholders to strengthen program implementation

■Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, ODK, RedCap, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

■Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Midwifery (Master’s degree is an added advantage)

■Minimum of two years of experience in health workforce development.

■Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

■Ability to engage with facility staff and stakeholders effectively

■Preference for candidates residing in: Delta, Lagos, Ebonyi, Plateau, Kano, Katsina and Niger state
