Job Summary
- As the Growth Associate, you will serve as a field representative responsible for onboarding partners, driving community engagement, and expanding the company’s network of agents, processors, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new agents, merchants, and logistics partners within assigned territories
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and onboarding progress
- Support partner onboarding, KYC processes, and training activities
- Manage field operations including follow-ups, issue resolution, and partner engagement
- Represent the company in community activations and ensure consistent brand presence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage community members
- Basic tech skills and ability to use mobile apps and reporting tools
- Familiarity with assigned locations and ability to work independently in the field
- Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.
Salary
N180,000 – N220,000 / Month.
