Job Summary
The Farmer Service Supervisor will oversee farmer engagement, coordination, and field-level operations, ensuring effective delivery of support services and adherence to best agricultural practices. This role serves as a vital link between farmers and Arzikin Noma Africa’s operational framework.

Location: kaduna
Key Responsibilities
🔸Supervise farmer onboarding, engagement, and capacity-building initiatives
🔸Coordinate field operations and monitor farm activities for compliance with standards
🔸Provide technical and operational support to farmers to improve productivity
🔸Collect field data and prepare reports on farmer performance and challenges
🔸Liaise between farmers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with farmers or in agricultural field operations
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in rural and field locations.
