About Job
- Operate CNG and LNG station equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist customers with refuelling their vehicles/skids with gas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with station manager in timely and efficient manner.
- Generate reports on retail station performance, including sales, usage, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of gas transactions, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail station environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on station equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections as needed.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and transactions.
- Implement emergency response procedures for retail station.
- Coordinate with emergency services as needed and provide assistance during emergency situations.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations for CNG and LNG retail stations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of safety procedures.
- Attend and participate in safety training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuelling their equipment with gas, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Educate customers on CNG and LNG fuelling procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of National Diploma in a science or engineering based course
- Candidates with SSCE but have a minimum of two years of experience operating LPG/ CNG/ LNG/ Liquid fueling dispensers to vehicles and industrial users are also eligible to apply.
- Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
