Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer will attend to walk-in clients, assist with account issues and pension documentation, escalate and follow up on unresolved complaints, maintain accurate customer records, and support field marketing and data update activities.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a financial institution.
› Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
› Must be customer-focused and professional in conduct
› Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
› Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
