Role Overview
- The Private Banking Officer will be responsible for managing the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored banking solutions, investment advisory, and wealth management services while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private banking or wealth management, preferably with a focus on the public sector
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks
- Good understanding of compliance requirements, including AML and KYC protocols
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Deliver personalized banking and financial advisory services to high-net-worth clients in the public sector
- Build, manage, and grow client relationships through tailored investment and wealth management solutions
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Manage client portfolios, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Drive deposit mobilization and contribute to the bank’s growth strategy
