Job Title:Retail Banking Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- ▸ Aggressively market the Bank’s products and services to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to maximize profitability.
- Monitor customer portfolios and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Prepare business performance reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- ▸ 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Banking, Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Proven track record in deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relation ship management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
