Job Title: Wealth Advisory Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Wealth Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading the wealth advisory team, driving assets under management (AUM) growth, managing high-value investor relationships, and executing client acquisition strategies to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Wealth Advisory team to achieve individual and collective AUM growth targets
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors while driving client acquisition initiatives
• Develop and implement investor engagement strategies, referral programs, and wealth management solutions
• Monitor team performance, pipeline activities, and AUM growth while providing regular reports to executive management
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, SEC regulations, and internal governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CISI, or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, asset management, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and managing a significant Assets Under Management (AUM) portfolio
• Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, fixed income instruments, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary
N1,700,000 – N2,000,000 Monthly.
