Background
The IGR Initiative, in collaboration with DataFronteira Ltd, is conducting a data collection exercise aimed at enhancing evidence-based decision-making on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) strategies at the sub-national level in Nigeria. To support this, we are recruiting qualified and experienced Field Supervisors and Enumerators to support high-quality data collection across the 36 States and the FCT.

Job Description:
Field Supervisors will oversee field enumerators, ensuring adherence to data collection protocol, maintaining data quality, and providing technical support during the data collection phase.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of enumerators.
• Ensure compliance with data collection guidelines and ethical standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and verify data entries to ensure accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to enumerators.
• Submit daily field reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Experience in supervising field teams in surveys or data collection projects.
• Familiarity with a digital data collection platform, preferably Google Forms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language relevant to the assigned region.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
• Be at least 20 years old
• Reside in the Senatorial district of interest
• Have a valid means of Identification
• Be familiar with digital survey tools and mobile data collection
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be fluent in English and the local language of the State capital of residence
• Have proven experience in field data collection or project supervision (is an added advantage).
