Iconic Open University is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors/Supervisors Jos Plateau State.
The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.
Title: Examination Proctors/Supervisors
Location: Jos, Plateau state
Duration: 2 Weeks
Exam Period: 30th March 2026 to 12th April 2026
Job Requirements:
– A minimum of Master’s Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
– Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
– Must be resident in afore listed cities/towns.
– Strong computer and web operating skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– High level of integrity and attention to duty.
Responsibilities:
– Monitoring CBT exams
Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
– Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.
– Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
– Submit reports on exam conduct
