We work in hard-to-reach, economically deprived places and vulnerable communities torn apart by instability across Nigeria and Africa, providing solutions that support inefficient markets and communities. In the Agricultural Sector, we facilitate inclusive market growth by deploying strategies that promote value chain competitiveness and build resilient communities, ensuring bumper harvest for rural poor farmers in those communities.

Our very dynamic and innovative workforce/people have experience working in different value chains across Nigeria and Africa. Our people work collectively with host communities to design home-grown solutions that improve the livelihood and resilience of the communities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp-minded, execution-focused professional to serve as our Strategy & Project Execution Lead. This role is ideal for someone with top-tier consulting experience, who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and on time.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action, manage day-to-day project delivery, and ensure smooth coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of key strategic and operational projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Solve high-stakes problems across technical, operational, and stakeholder dimensions — providing structure, clarity, and timely decisions.
  • Develop and manage detailed workplans, timelines, and implementation schedules for projects.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, partners, field teams, and consultants to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and design corrective actions.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure high standards of communication, including drafting internal briefs, strategy documents, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support the leadership team with real-time insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A first degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or any analytical/technical field. A relevant master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in a project execution, operations, or strategy role — preferably with exposure to a Big Four consulting environment  or similar high-performance organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects to completion — on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills; must be comfortable working with ambiguity and turning chaos into clarity.
  • Strong project management discipline — able to create structure, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of delivering results under pressure.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and purpose-driven work environment focused on impact.
  • Opportunity to lead high-value projects with national or regional importance.
  • Competitive compensation in the range of ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,500,000/month.
  • Professional growth and exposure to strategic leadership.
