The Digital Technology Special Cohort (DTA—Digital Transformation with Africa Cohort 1) is a fully residential program for young leaders actively shaping Africa’s digital future. This exclusive cohort provides a platform to collaborate with fellow visionaries, sharpen leadership skills, and lead impactful initiatives that drive inclusive growth and development through digital technologies.

We’re looking for dynamic Young African Leaders (ages 18-35) who meet the following criteria:
𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: You’re already contributing to Africa’s digital transformation through innovative projects or initiatives.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: You’ve led or contributed to impactful projects that build digital capacity and enhance human capital development in your community.
