Job summary

Are you passionate about improving maternal and child health outcomes? We are seeking a highly skilled RMNCH Expert to lead initiatives that enhance reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) services.

Role: RMNCH Expert (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health Expert)
Location: FCT Abuja
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating RMNCH programs.
-Develop strategies to improve antenatal, postnatal, and newborn care.
-Support the integration of RMNCH services into primary healthcare systems.
-Conduct research and analyze data to inform policy and program improvements.
-Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and stakeholders to strengthen healthcare systems.
-Monitor and evaluate program impact to align with global and national health standards.

Qualifications and experience:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
-7-10 years of experience in RMNCH program management, policy development, or healthcare service delivery.
-Strong knowledge of maternal and child health, global health policies, and best practices.
-Experience working with government health systems, international organizations, or donor-funded programs.
-Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience in health systems strengthening and capacity building.
-Knowledge of data analysis tools and health information systems.
-Familiarity with WHO, UNICEF, and global RMNCH frameworks.
