What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to understand their strategic priorities and challenges.
- Oversee Key Performance Indicators and ensure maximum efficiency within the teams
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to optimize the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient use of time.
- Manage executive communications, including crafting presentations, speeches, and correspondence.
- Oversee key projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing SAO Group in various capacities.
- Manage the CEO’s office efficiently, overseeing administrative staff and ensuring smooth operations.
Who You Are:
- A highly organized and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced executive support role.
- Proven track record of anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Project management experience and proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., scheduling, and communication platforms) is a plus.
