At Schoola, we are on a mission to transform education in Africa through innovative tools and programs that empower teachers and learners. As part of our Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) pilots and projects, we’re seeking Field Officers to supervise and guide teachers in effectively utilizing Curri AIwhile supporting research and data collection efforts.

If you’re passionate about education, skilled in training and mentorship, and eager to contribute to impactful research, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in education, program supervision, or community engagement.
  • Prior experience working in a school or education-focused project is an advantage.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teachers.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data collection and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel to assigned program locations regularly.
  • Mission Alignment: Passion for improving education outcomes and a commitment to Schoola’s vision.
