We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Agent

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Enugu, Imo, and Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Enrolment Process: Guide applicants through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Data Capture: Capture high-quality biometrics (ten fingerprints, facial image) using provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
  • Document Verification: Verify applicant documents (Birth Certificate, Local Government ID, Passport, etc.) to ensure authenticity.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data submitted matches the supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
  • Synchronization: Ensure all captured data is successfully submitted and synchronized with the NIMC backend system.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the security and functionality of the enrollment kit (laptop, scanner, camera).

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of OND, NCE with practical experience in data entry.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a data capture agent, KYC agent, or working with government, bank, or telecom enrollment projects is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting (camera, scanners).
  • Data Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the area of operation.

Remuneration
N150,000 per month (Fixed + Commission based).
