Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

Job Description
- The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsiblefor ensuring that all food products produced meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- This role is critical in maintaining consumer trust, especially for fortified and affordable food products targeted at local markets.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control Systems:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures across all production lines (flour, rice, feed, etc.).
- Food Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., NAFDAC, HACCP, ISO standards). - Product Testing & Inspection:
Oversee laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet nutritional and safety specifications. - Process Monitoring:
Monitor production processes to identify and correct deviations that may affect product quality. - Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and approve suppliers of raw materials (e.g., wheat, rice paddy, feed ingredients) to ensure consistent quality. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality reports for regulatory and internal use. - Training & Awareness:
Train production staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality standards to ensure consistent compliance. - Audit Management:
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Professional certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) are an advantage.

Salary
N160,000 – N200,000 monthly.
