We are seeking experienced State Coordinators to be engaged on a project-by-project basis to lead and support data collection activities while ensuring seamless field coordination and operational excellence.
Job Title: State Coordinators
(Experienced in Public Affairs/Social Research Studies)
Location: Nigeria, Nationwide
Reports to: National Field Coordinator
Contract Type: Project-based
Role Overview
As a State Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing field activities, managing teams, and ensuring that data collection is executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field teams across assigned locations
- Coordinate and supervise data collection activities to ensure quality and timeliness
- Ensure strict adherence to project protocols methodologies, and ethical standards
- Provide real-time support, troubleshooting, and guidance to field staff
- Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with project goals
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals who can:
- Deliver quality data collection with precision and integrity
- Drive effective field management and coordination
- Ensure strategic alignment with project objectives and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
- 3+ years of proven experience in field coordination, experience with training field teams, data collection, or project management.
- Ability to use a variety of data collection platforms
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills including swift escalation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality data and effective field management under tight timelines.
