We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to be engaged on a project-by-project basis to support field operations, oversee enumerators. and ensure efficient and accurate data collection.

Job Title: Field Supervisors

(Experienced in Public Affairs/Social Research studies)

Location: Nigeria,Nationwide

Reports to: State Coordinator/NFC

Contract Type: Project-based

 

Role Overview

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly managing field teams, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate enumerators during field activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection in line with project guidelines
  • Monitor fieldwork progress and provide real-time feedback and support
  • Conduct spot checks and quality control to ensure data reliability
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues where necessary
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting of field activities

  • Drive efficient field coordination and team supervision
  • Support operational excellence and project success

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in field supervision, data collection, or related roles
  • Proven experience as a field interviewer
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
