We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to be engaged on a project-by-project basis to support field operations, oversee enumerators. and ensure efficient and accurate data collection.
Job Title: Field Supervisors
(Experienced in Public Affairs/Social Research studies)
Location: Nigeria,Nationwide
Reports to: State Coordinator/NFC
Contract Type: Project-based
Role Overview
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly managing field teams, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate enumerators during field activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection in line with project guidelines
- Monitor fieldwork progress and provide real-time feedback and support
- Conduct spot checks and quality control to ensure data reliability
- Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues where necessary
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting of field activities
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals who can:
- Ensure accurate and high-quality data collection
- Drive efficient field coordination and team supervision
- Support operational excellence and project success
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in field supervision, data collection, or related roles
- Proven experience as a field interviewer
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage teams effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
