IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) congratulates all applicants who have successfully advanced to the next phase of the ongoing recruitment exercise. Please take note of the following important instructions:
Official Communication Channel
Henceforth, the Service will only communicate with shortlisted applicants strictly through their registered email addresses. No communication will be conducted through unofficial platforms or social media pages.
Email Correction Portal
Some applicants have reported challenges in receiving official mails. To resolve this, all shortlisted candidates are required to log on to the Recruitment Portal via this link: [http://updates.customs.gov.ng].
Kindly visit the Portal and log in with the NIN used while registering to access your pro-file, confirm the correctness of your registered email address, and update it where neces-sary.
Next Steps in the Recruitment Exercise
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will commence on a date to be communicated via email.
Only applicants with verified email addresses will receive official CBT instructions, pre-test access links, and login credentials.
Candidates who fail to update or verify their emails may be unable to access critical in-formation required for participation.
Warning Against Fraud
The NCS does not demand or accept payment for recruitment. Applicants are strongly advised to disregard fraudulent messages circulating on social media.
