CDCFIB Shortlisted 2025 : How to check successfull Shortlisted candidates


The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released the official CDCFIB shortlist 2025, containing the names of candidates eligible for the next stage of recruitment into four major paramilitary agencies:
the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service, and the Nigerian Correctional Service.
In a statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja, the Board Secretary, Retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jubril, announced that applicants can now check the CDCFIB shortlisted candidates 2025 via the official portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng — starting Thursday, October 30, 2025.
How to Check the CDCFIB Shortlist 2025
According to the statement, all applicants are required to:

Visit the official recruitment portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.

Enter their application details to confirm if they are among the CDCFIB shortlisted candidates 2025.

Take note of the venue, date, and time of their Computer-Based Test (CBT).
The board also warned applicants to avoid fake websites and online scammers impersonating CDCFIB officials.
Over 1.9 Million Nigerians Applied
Interest in the recruitment was exceptionally high — at least 1,911,141 Nigerians submitted applications before the portal closed on Monday, August 11, 2025.
The large turnout underscores the intense competition for federal employment opportunities and highlights the country’s high youth unemployment rate.
Next Steps After the CDCFIB Shortlist
Candidates whose names appear on the CDCFIB shortlist 2025 will proceed to the CBT stage, which serves as the next phase of the recruitment process.
After the CBT, successful applicants will undergo further physical screening and documentation before final selection.
