Job Title: Regional Project Coordinator
Location: Remote ( Belgrade / Sarajevo)
Part-time Remote · 20 hours per week · Belgrade / Sarajevo
Start date: 1 November 2026
We’re looking for a Regional Project Coordinator with experience in gender equality, creative projects and donor reporting. Your main assignment will be a regional initiative addressing technology-facilitated violence against women and girls. There will also be opportunities to contribute to other projects within your agreed working hours.
The role
You’ll work with our programme lead, creative and finance teams to:
- Keep project plans up to date and coordinate partners, tasks and deadlines across the Western Balkans.
- Organise the delivery of campaigns, workshops and events with creative teams and external collaborators.
- Work with thematic experts to ensure activities and content are gender-responsive and follow safeguarding and do-no-harm principles.
- Gather partner contributions, track results and write narrative reports in English.
- Support project tracking and maintain the documentation required by donors.
About you
You have:
- At least three years of relevant project experience, including coordinating projects or partnerships across the Western Balkans.
- A sound understanding of gender equality and gender-based violence, and experience applying that knowledge to projects or communications.
- Experience working with creative teams, whether in a civil society, agency, on campaigns or in production.
- Experience with internationally funded projects and preparing donor reports.
- Knowledge of the regional civil society sector. Familiarity with organisations working on women’s rights, gender equality and youth is particularly welcome.
- Fluency in English and in Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian.
- Good organisational skills and confidence using spreadsheets and shared project tools.

Working with us
You’ll join a small team of experienced colleagues, with clear responsibilities and space to contribute your own ideas. The role is based in Belgrade or Sarajevo, with remote working, an agreed schedule of 20 hours per week and occasional travel planned in advance.
