About Federal University Lafia
Federal University of Lafia was established in February 2011 with the mandate to increase access and quality of university education in Nigeria. The University is in Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State. It currently has a College of Medicine, a Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development, two Schools (School of Basic and Remedial Studies and School of Postgraduate Studies), eight (8) Faculties with fifty (50) undergraduate and forty-six (46) postgraduate programmes.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the under-listed vacant staff positions in the Federal University of Lafia, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
NON- ACADEMIC STAFF POSITIONS:
Programmer II
The candidate must possess a Degree with hands-on-skill in any of the following: MCAD, MCSD, SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD, SCJP, J2EE, .NET, PHP, CMDD, CMFDs, CMFDv, CCFD, C++ plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Technologist II
The candidate must possess HND/B.Sc. (Professional Degree) with NYSC discharge or exemptions, registrable with the relevant institute.
Accountant II
A good B.Sc. Degree in Accountancy plus one (1) year NYSC or Exception certificate.
Medical Officer
The candidate must possess MBBS plus one (1) year NYSC or Exception certificate.
Pharmacy Intern
The candidate must possess B.Sc (Pharm) with full registration with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria plus one (1) year NYSC or Exception certificate.
Medical Laboratory Scientist
The candidate must possess a good first degree in Medical Laboratory Science IMLS). plus registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and a current practicing license, plus one (1) year NYS or Exception certificate.
Medical Laboratory Technician
The candidate must possess a Medical Laboratory Technician Certificate, plus registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
The conditions of service are as obtainable in Nigerian Universities and as approved by Federal University of Lafia Governing Council.
