The 1PAX Graduate Fellowship 2026 is a paid, fully remote opportunity for emerging architects who want to gain international experience in architecture, mobility, transportation, and urban development. Selected fellows will work with the international 1PAX team on real-world mobility projects while developing an independent research project at the intersection of architecture and mobility.

The six-month fellowship begins on October 15, 2026, and two fellows will be selected from applicants worldwide. The program also includes a fully paid visit to the 1PAX office in Paris, with flights and accommodation covered.

What Is the 1PAX Graduate Fellowship?

The 1PAX Graduate Fellowship is designed to give emerging architecture professionals access to international projects, mentorship, research, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Rather than focusing only on portfolio development, the fellowship combines professional project work with an independent research component. Fellows will collaborate remotely with 1PAX teams and can participate in a fully funded visit to the company’s Paris office.

The fellowship focuses particularly on the future of mobility, transportation, aviation, cities, and infrastructure.

What Will Fellows Work On?

ELIGIBILITY

The 1PAX Graduate Fellowship is open worldwide and is aimed at emerging architecture talent.

• Be from any university, whether public or private.
• Be 20 to 28 years old at the start of the fellowship.
