Job Title: State Operations Manager
Location: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa
Role Summary
- Lead state-wide operational execution, coordinate branch and local operations, monitor service delivery, establish operational standards, manage performance and ensure alignment with ATRaS policies and P-GAT governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Operations Management, Business Administration, Transport/Logistics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in operations, mobility, transport, logistics or comparable service delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership, performance management, process improvement and reporting
Employment Terms
- This postion is intended as full-time employment
- Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
- Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
