We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: State Fleet Operations Officer

Location: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa

Role Summary

• Coordinate state fleet deployment, utilisation, rider/fleet performance, operational schedules, compliance, incident management and fleet reporting across operating locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in fleet, transport, logistics or vehicle operations, preferably with supervisory/management responsibility.
• Strong analytical, coordination, compliance and fleet-performance skills.
• A Master’s Degree in any relevant fields is an added advantage.

Employment Terms

• This postion is intended as full-time employment
• Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
• Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
