Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative (NGYouthSDGs) is recruiting Youth Researchers to support the Youth Voice Naija Project, an initiative focused on strengthening the participation and leadership of young people in shaping and monitoring Nigeria’s National Youth Policy (2026–2030).

As a Youth Researcher, you will support:
- One-on-one interviews with young people
- Participant outreach and engagement
- Data collection and documentation
- Capturing young people’s experiences, perspectives and needs
ELIGIBILITY
We’re looking for young people who are:
- 18–35 years old
- Passionate about research and youth participation
- Good communicators and active listeners
- Connected to young people in their communities
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for digital data collection
- Available for research training and fieldwork
Location: All 36 States + Abuja FCT ( Nationwide)
Selected Youth Researchers will receive research training and a fieldwork stipend.
