Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager & Executive Assistant. This dual role will require a candidate who is adept at managing customer relationships as well as providing executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our products or services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback is communicated and addressed.
- Manage customer onboarding, training, and support processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist executives with scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks to support their day-to-day activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with administrative support, preferably at the executive level.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
